I need help!
I´m a male, 25 years old, that what to lose weight. I´m not fat, but I want to get ripped and hard.
Currently I´m walking three days a week (before breakfast) and I work out in the gym about 3-4 times a week.
Now to the question. I´m not really sure what to eat and how much. I try to consume about 160 g of protein each day, but it´s hard to count.
I would be very glad if you can give my advice and help me to get ripped.
Height: 175 cm tall (about 5.9)
Weight: 83 kilos (about 160 pounds)
Bodyfat: about 17 %.
