Looks good, are you keeping a food log with the protein, carb, fat and calorie breakdown? If not, I highly recomend it.

thanks but many people on the other board said do 60 min of cardio 6 days a week! and also to cut out the skim milk post workout,,,i mean ui think u can eat anything post workout cause ur body needs it and metabolism is the highest ever!@ nothing can store as fat..so wut u think bout rotating the carbs? and crumb said lay off the nuts cause too much fat...if im not eating any carbs i have to replace wit fat ,,,correct? i eat .5 grams of fat times my bodyweight which is 120 ..thats about 60 grams of fat...not alot?

The reason you might want to consider staying away from milk post-workout is because casein (the protein in milk) is relatively slow digesting.....and right after excercising you want something that your body can digest really quickly.....so yes, I'd agree....drink your whey with water post-workout....

...as for 60 mins. of cardio 6 days a week - that's a hell of alot of cardio - but it should certainly get you cut.....I wouldn't recommend following that routine for too long...unless you don't mind losing considerable muscle mass....

Missy STOP TRYING TO THINK!!!!

The plan you outlined above is cool, and you'll get great results from it, JUST STICK TO IT and stop posting such minor shit over and OVER and over again.

The more you post, the less you actually diet.

Like I said, that original plan You just posted, was cool.

Stick to it.

As far as cardio goes,,, 6 times a week is fantastic, but then again so is 3 times a week, just rotate it around, 3 weeks do it 3 times a week, then 1 week do it 6 times a week, ALL THIS ISN'T A BIG DEAL, tha BIG DEAL IS THAT YOU PICK A PLAN AND STICK TO IT.

That is all.
Good Day,
Crumcake.

MissyDuhhh's (ongoing) diet dilemma

MissyDuhh loves to ask these same questions. On lots of discussion boards.

Here's a diet you'll love and might actually follow!

Meal 1: 1# bacon, 1 quart skim milk, 1 scoop whey on your Frosted Flakes.

Meal 2: CrumCake and georgie24's nuts. (Save some for me!)

Meal 3: Fried chicken and mashed potatoes. Don't skimp on the gravy, now.

Meal 4: Sloppy seconds...CrumCake and georgie24's nuts.

Post Workout: 1 gal. skim milk and a party size bag of airheads (that somehow suits you).

Meal 5: 4 Quarter Pounders, 2 Fries, and large coke. Your metabolism needs it after the hard training you do.

Cardio: 2 hours twice a day (hey! That's 4 hours a day she's not on this board!)

Abs: Honey, you'll never have them.

Advice: Get a life.

Increase your cardio each week. Add and extra 30 minutes each week. By the endo of 12 weeks you will be up to 1-1.5 hours a day, 6 days a week, but your body will be constantly adapting. Other than that, don't eat too much, even if it's healthy food. Drop the skim milk postworkout (you haven't told us how many calories or grams of stuff your eating yet).

And stop obsessing about your abs. You may not ever have a six pack to show. That's part genetics and a large part hard work. But you need to have done the hard ab work BEFORE your diet. It's pretty difficult to add muscle once you've started your diet. Be happy that they're at least flat! If you're a female this is great. Beats having that lower ab pouch sticking out.

one only gets "cut" when one has muscle. First you must build muscle, then you must do heavy cardio to reduce fat and make the muscles show...thus becoming cut. Otherwise you are simply exposing bones.

Heavy cardio + no muscle mass = skeletor

any excersice will help missy, just do it
and from what i hear from you you already look good just
keep up the hard werk and it should come
follow the advice here and you should be fine
personally i think some girls look cute when they got a little pudge on their stomachs (not a lot) so if looks and
attractivness is your main reason for wanting abs your prolly
already fine as fuk to men!

luv this one...
