HELP me sleeeeep!!

okay so im about 3 days into week 2 of my test/deca cycle and for like the past couple nights.. I feel really sleepy.. but my heart is like heavier thumpin and its hard for me to fall asleep.. but thats not the thing.. it seems like.. every 2 hours or so i wake up in like a cold sweat and it takes another 15 minutes or so to fall back asleep.. and like mannnn my dreams are trippin me the fu*k out!!! anybody else had trippy ass dreams while on?? anyways.. what do you guys take to get to sleep that doesnt hurt gains.. i was taking tylenol pm's but i read on here that the pain reliever in it affects protein synthesis or somethin.. so ive been tryin to tough it out, but danggg.. a player needs some rest.. any suggestions???? :worried:
 
Bro, I'm also on test/deca and the night sweats suck ,had to change my shirt twice last night because I soaked through them and my beds always damp when I get up. I also had trouble sleeping and staying asleep.

I started taking Xanex a half hour before bed and ZMA to help get into a deeper sleep, not the best solution but like you I need my rest on cycle.

Good luck and I'm sure there are some bro's who can advise better than me.
 
thx for the input bro's .. ive got a few xanax i kow that will do the trick.. just would rather now.. i'll pick up some zma.. give that a shot... :)

try 5-htp available at gnc,helps u sleep and becalm.

Simply Sleep does the trick for me, but Xanax works the best. Simply Sleep is Tylenol PM without the pain reliever in it. It just has the sleeping aid.
 
I thought turkey didn't have enough tryptophan to induce sleep? I've tried the herbal remedies, but they're not strong enough when 1) you're fully into a cycle and 2) have trouble sleeping regardless. 5-HTP and Trytophan may be worth looking into.

Xanax definitely works, but use it sparingly...temazepam works nicely for sleep..... if you're using any sleep-aids or prescriptions, best to rotate them so they don't become ineffective and you don't get hooked on them.....

P7 is a great choice. I won't go on another rant, but Xanax is one of the worst choices for a sleep aid. It's not a sleep aid for one, and is highly addictive. If you're thinking of using xanax, just have a few shots of goose. Your body can't tell the difference.

I use melatonin whenever I can't sleep and it works, calms me down and my heart rate.
I use the liquid and also Twin Lab brand caps..2 of those twin lab caps and you will be KO'd
 
damn thanks everybody, i just really am trying not to effect gains at all by taking things into my body that may hurt the process.. so im gonna try some of you guys' suggestions and i appreciate them all, this board is my best friend and only friend in the AS world... dunno what i'd do without it.. be a noob i guess. :p
