Help me shed the fat please !!!!!!!! :o(

here's my stats 27 1.85 high, 240 pounds, ~ 20% BF, been lifting for ~ 8 years more or less... im currently cycling, test+tren+winny+dbol (in the last fase now of only dbol and tren).

Of course i dont wanna loose LBM, but if some of that have to go, so be it, im tired of being a fat bastard. Dont know what difference it makes, but i've always been a 'bit' choppy, so you could call it poppy-fat or whatever, i've heard fat like that is the hardest to loose ? (fat thats been around for a looong time ? or is it myth !!)...

the first month i bulked, took in the usual 5K+ calories, but midway (like a week ago) i had enough of the stuffing... screw strength for a while, lets get cut... for the past week my diet /rutine have been like this ...

morning : no breakfast, i just jump in the clothes and walks to work, thats an ~ 1 hour walk in a good tempo.. once arrived i down a shake ~20g's proteins worth and ½ liter of yogurt..

snack : fruit, a couple of banana's + shake ~ 20g protein

lunch : whatever i can find in the cantine low on fat and high on
protein, usually bread+eggs or chiken or steak.

snack : some corned bread and fruit again

dinner : pasta/rice along with some low fat grindes meat

snack(just before bedtime) : shake ~30g's protein

im trying to keep the calories down here, i figure at 2K - 2.5K
Unfortunatly i'll only get about 6 hours sleep at the moment, and on gym days (EOD) i'll even consume a protein bar of 50g's throughout the workout...

Help me out here, i _think_ i know what im doing but i problary dont !!!!!!!!!!!!!!..........
 
too many carbs, too much sugar... and dare i say it.... far too many drugs.
Theres dozens of diets to try but at the end of the day you can summarise to the following.

1. Cut calories a little
2. Cardio 20 mins, 5 days a week
3. Shitloads of protein
4. Cut the carbs down to <100 grams a day

There really is no secret to dropping fat.... its all about consistancy and planning.
 
Yikes baby! Way to many drugs. No lecture tho....

I agree with above, lower carbs and less sugar.

Are you looking for a certian guideline to follow? Exact calorie/carb... consumption to follow or just trying to get the jist of what you could "change".
 
I wouldn't say that's too many drugs, seems like a fair cycle, but it's more for bulking...like you said.

Once the dbol is done, go high protein, high fat, low carbs. I would keep the cals to 3000+ though for your size to maintain. Just incorp morning cardio 4-5 times per week.

well, it did start out as a bulking cycle, but when i hit ~250lbs i had enough, and is now, midcycle changing course to cutting, and will continue this route until the BF is below 10 !!
I was under the impression that the main difference between a cutting cycle and a bulking cycle is the diet ?? same drugs, different diet !! (im not into ECA, T3 etc..)
The cycle actually looks like this
wk
1-10 tren 40mg ed
1-3 winny 100mg ed(oral auch)
1-6 test enan 125mg ed
6-10 dbol (pyramiding up as test goes down, and down again over wk 10)

Anyway, the thing i hear from you all is cardio ED ... i was hoping that my one hour morning walk would take care of that situation, or do i need to supplement them with some running ?

MountainMomma : i guess im looking for some guidelines, like is the morning walk enough to get me going. cut carbs and sugar ? how ? substitute what food for what ? is the bed-time shake a good idea ? we grow when we sleep, it seems like a good idea to give the body some building bricks just before sleep, or do the shake just turn to fat ?

nikolai_bolkov : 3K calories ?? im hearing less elsewhere :) .. also whats the idea with the HIGH on fat here !!! is it this keto thing i've been reading about ?

i think you could go to 2k calories a day on the stack you're on and not worry too much about muscle loss.... the title of your post suggests your in a hurry mind.

One thing about the dbol is that its just too taxing on the system, i personally use it to kickstart a cycle to feel something before the real drugs kick in. As something to use mid-cycle - i cant work that one out - dbol gains are hard to keep at the best of times, i can just see you losing them eventually anyways, so you might as well cut them out (in my opinion of course)

Also, winny is a good drug for cutting and strength, but in what looks like a mass cycle... i dunno. You might be using it to offset the progesterone in the tren tho...

Dropping the dbol should see you losing some water.... the scales might drop 5lb's before the hard work even begins... it will give your liver a break aswell.

Cardio need not be anything more than 20 minutes high intensity every day.... walking would work but not get you as fast gains.

Also make sure you have some fat burners in there.... E/C/Y and T3 would be helpful.

Phosphors 80mg
Sodium 80mg
Potassium 200mg

is it good ? or do i need to replace it with a 'cutting' powder instead ??

- also, if the fruit snacks holds too many carbs, what do you suggest for snacks instead ? (the fruit is usually banana's due to their 120 calories and 10g's of protein each..)
