HELP ME OUT!! (regarding cycle)

Ok here's my problem. I'm on week 12 of a test/eq cycle. Gains started really getting noticeable around week 11. My original plan was to just do a 12 weeker, but the EQ is coming around full force right now. Should I extend it to 16 weeks? Also i'm starting to notice a bit of shrinkage. I've never gone beyond 12 weeks and just wanted some peoples opinions as to how they recovered after a 16 week cycle.
I'm 22 years old, currently 220 and this is my 4th cycle. Help me out!
 
Yea def keep going. I'm the same way I gain a lot in the beginning then the gains stop, then they pick back up again around week 12. I like longer cycles anyways.

Probably both. Once carbs start coming in, the bloat just follows. Naturally I can't maintain that body fat (was always a fat kid). The process is slow though, usually taking a good 3 months to gain back the fat.

The only thing I noticed from the anavar was that it helped me keep muscle while going low carb. Strength was way up and kept me rock hard. Nothing compared to what fina does for fatloss.
 
If you are noticing shrinkage, and you want to continue I would at least consider a HCG treatment to keep the balls solid. You can run Hcg while on, of course. After 12 weeks I would suggest 500iuED for 6days and then again for 6-10 days the week after your last injection @ 16 weeks.

BigBX can advise on the use of HCG with longer cycles. I would consider a HCG treatment if you are shrinking bro. It will aid in recovery, I know it does for me. FYI, I never need more than 500iu of hcgED.
