I am thinking of ordering from this site.

Age: 18
Lifting history: Lifting for 1 year
Height: 6'2
Weight: 150
Estimated BF: 11%
Diet: could be better
Goals: Massive Gains quick. 180lbs
Proposed cycle: Deca-50, Win-V, and D-bolon

Ive been doing some research lately and I'm pretty sure i have my heart set on taking these.
I have always been the tall skinny, goofy kid that no one would ever be scared of. Everyone would always assume they could beat me up because I'm skinny. Everywhere I go I hear "wow your really skinny blah blah blah" its so annoying
So anyways can you guys help me get started on what to do for my first time on these?

And therein lies your answer. You are too young for AAS. Sort out your diet and you will see amazing results. Trust me. Eat like a horse, train like a bastard, and wait a few years until you start using steroids. You don't need them now as you have plenty of natural Test. Plenty of protein, some creatine, fix the diet, tweak the workout, and you will see amazing gains. Fast, too.

BTW, I don't know what that website is selling, but they aren't steroids. Probably some herbal crap.
 
Those were the answers I was expecting, but I still want to do my research.

I would also like to say thank you for the replies and If someone could tell me for sure what those products are and if they are going to be effective or not, I would feel very relieved.

I read that thread and it was very informative. However I would still like to know the consequences i' am facing If I were to take the steroids.
From that post, I've found that I can stop my growth plates, and permanently shut down my testosterone system.

I personally would prefer to stop growing at 6'2 I think anymore taller and I will feel uncomfortably tall.

As for completely shutting down my test system, I wouldn't wanna do that...

I've taken creatine pills, creatine powder, NO-xplode, AnabolX (some weird natural tesosterone booster....) and I am currently taking Superpump 250. So i've been a big fan of supps, I just would like something with faster results. (ive always compliments the above mentioned supps with protien shakes/bars)

I was just looking to do 1 cycle and be done. If theres ANYTHING I can get to help me out (besides the already mentioned food and what not.) I would love to hear.

yoy may want to seach "Bulking-Cutting.com " and "scam" on google....and at 18 you should be able to pound nails with your dick so aas arre just not needed.

Remember when they are growing up they go from being all little to that 'teen' ages when they are sort of think and lanky? Then all of a sudden, they fill out.

You are that teen puppy, men can still grow (not necessarily in height), but fill out up to the age of 24.

Your natural testosterone peaks at 26 and remains elevated until around 30-32.

Deca is notorious for shutting down the HPTA, or shutting down you natural testosterone.

You also have huge amounts of growth hormone right now.

I find it very disconcerting that such young men want to take steroids.

Right now I am helping one, aged 23, who started cycles at 21.

He now has breasts and the test levels of a woman.

Pick up a copy of Stuart McRobert's Brawn, it is a fantastic book for hardgainers, learn more.

I remember at 18 I thought I knew everything, and that I was immortal.

I am glad that I didn't get into BBing proper till a bit older, otherwise I may have been really stupid and taking drugs.

Despite not knowing exactly what I was doing, I did put on quite a bit of muscle in my early 20s, and being a natural woman, I am the 'ultimate' hardgainer.

Wait a few years hun, seriously.

that bulking and cutting website sells decca pills... i think that says it all. get a proper diet and training routine going first bro, you will gain for sure. whats your training routine look like at the moment?

Glad you took the time to read the link I sent you BUT dont stop there keep reading and learning. Watch out for the "teen user" that will tell you "dont listen to other people and do what you want" because I will tell you the warnings are real I personally know a guy that destroyed testosterone production and sex drive for LIFE.

PLEASE stay around read the posts and keep reading go back and scan the threads, there are thousands of them to learn from. Also dont be afraid to ask question becuse there are a lot of quality vets and bros here to help.

Yeh listen to them although I will have to say I am 21 going on 22 and ima ll natural but for the guy you are helping that started at 21 and has breasts and shit...to me that was wreckless use and not so much usage started too early however i dont think that anyone before the age of 21 or 22 should use them. Im considering starting a low cycle but i dont think ill come out with bitch tits and what not becuz im pretty in tune with my body and I have learned al ot and read about these things for over a year on and off. But dude dont start using them before 21 shit im still confused on if im still too young to be using them or not.

When I was your age I hit a plateau so I started training harder,cleaned up my diet, and ate A LOT more food and guess what? I went from being 5'9" 160lbs to 180lbs in one fuckin summer dude and thats no shit. You will never know if you were gifted with awesome potential or not until you bust your ass as hard as you can naturally first.
 
It's weird though, I have this feeling whenever I see someone with more muscle than me I think to myself I want that, and I don't care how I get it. I want it bad. It makes me think I dont care what i have to do to get that I want it. but if that means I will have sex problems later thannn idk...i like sex. I'm just so sick of being skinny. it disgusts me.
But my diet really sucks ass I was gonna spend like up to 400$ on roids if needed but I guess I would be better off buying lots of protien food. Like those protien cookies and bars, I have a friend that works at shoprite that could get me a box of protien bars for 1.95 because he would only charge for 1 bar per box.
Someone hook me up with a list of food to buy....my mom's all into yoga so shes a vegitarian and that could be why im so skinny.
Also any supps would be good i guess. I already have superpump 250.

Are you guys absolutley sure that I can't take even 1 cycle of a really low dosage of something. just to give me a kick start. I see all these kids at school and they are on them and they look like their doing perfectly fine. Or are they screwed up later on in life?
 
you need to eat... chicken, red meats, fish, salads, vegies (esp greens), fruits, oats, eggs, milk. 5-6 meals a day. protein shake after workouts and before bed.

whats your current training program look like now bro?
 
Glad to hear that you are listening with open ears and an open mind.

No cycles yet. Yes, we are absolutely sure that you shouldn't do one this early.

Nutrition is the most important part of bodybuilding. You can pump all sorts of steroids in your body, but if you eat like shit, you are wasting your time, money and body. With your natural testosterone levels as high as they are now naturally, if you just eat and work out hard, you will see huge results. I promise. The key is to eat enough good calories so that your body has no choice but to gain mass.

Buy a shitload of chicken breasts and grill them up. Tuna. Peanut butter. Nuts. Protein shakes. Eat enough protein. I recommend 2 grams for each lb. of bodyweight. Do some research on bodybuilding nutrition (there's plenty out there) and clean up your diet. Do it right and you will see gains that will make other people think you are on steroids. Try fitday.com they have a free nutrition tracking program. This will allow you to see where you are at.

What's your current workout like? Maybe posting that will get you some help with improving it.

Nice posts from everyone! Glad to see that you are willing to listen to what ppl are telling you. I was really skinny too when i was in high school. I was like 140lbs lean as hell and i always wanted to be bigger. Right now it may seem like you want to be big sooo bad that you dont care how u go about doing it. Fight that urge and train hard and stick around you will learn alot. What does you workout look like?

XRSIST hit it on the head with diet! You need to dial your diet in.
Lets see your workout(post it) and remember you can train like Ronnie and Jay times 10 but if your diet sucks YOU WILL NOT GROW!
The last but NOT least thing is rest. You want to get big then you need to sleep a GOOD 8 hours.
Recap: Great Diet + Great Workout + Great Sleep = Great Muscle Gains.

When I was in 12 grade I gained around 25 pounds that year and the buzz around campus was I was hitting the juice hard. Truth was I had 2 much older brothers that were competitive bodybuilders and they tought me how to train like and eat like a pro. I would eat between every class and had a MONSTER lunch at home(thanks mom), I ran a push pull leg 3 day routine with simple movements 1 hour or less in gym. Its easy to over train when you're 18 and hitting on all cyclinders DONT overtrain, its bodybuilding NOT bodydestruction. Take some time write your NEW diet and training program down and bounce it off the board.

I'm working with up to 100lbs of weight to put on a barbell and i have 1 30lb dumb bell.
My old workout routine:
Power Cleans: 3x10
Bench: 3x12
Squats: 3x12
Curls: 3x12
3 times a week. I usually don't do it 3 times a week though. and it was really stressful

My new one: just recently started this one and ive been taking super pump each time.
Bench: 5x5
curls 5x5
squat 5x5
Sit ups.
but i stopped because i thought i was gonna get on some gear but i guess not.

First I'm gonna get my diet in shape. Me and my friend made a plan to workout in his garage and run to the park do pull ups and dips and run back, he has a injured arm right now but as soon as that heals we will be good to go.

I also have an insane cardio program. I train in MMA so my instucter is all about cardio...I go at least once a week (i would go more but i have money issues). We do these things called cards, he goes through a hole deck of cards and makes what ever number he pulls out he have to do that many of whatever exersice, its usually sit outs, clap push ups, jumping lunges, or leg lifts. After we are done we've done about 114 reps but someone usually messes up so he increases it by 80.

what kind of calories am i suppose to consume, is it like anything that has calories i should eat? or only certain things? like nachos and cheese for example.

Ok, have to say, this site is POO for finding anything on basic diet stuff.

Nachos and Cheese is ok every now and then hun, but basically it is fat and carbs. You will need to eat a good quality protein in every meal.

I don't think that you read everything that the lads have said, as a lot of them have told you some basic diet stuff.

This is the easiest way I have heard it said: Eat like a caveman, so if man 'made' it, don't eat it, with the exception of stuff like milk, cottage cheese, whey protein, and some GOOD breads.

Basic diet, quite old fashioned, meat, veg and potatoes is good for a starting point for you, cause I have the funny feeling you LURVE your KFC, Maccy D's, Burger King, Snickers and Mars Bars, Pizza Hut..........................
