Ok I have a friend who is being stubborn about working out. All he wants to do is pushups every day and some sit-ups also.
I have tried to tell him he wont really put on any mass and that he would be overtraining. He swears that I am wrong. Lay down the law on this fool in the thread because I am going to direct him to it so he can read for himself!
