hey guys (and gals) im 26 , the thing small type . im weighing about 155. iv always had a tough time gaining mass and weight. finally out of nowhere , my body is starting to gain and when i lift it finally is starting to grow a little. since this to me is the time when i should work out hard while my body is cooperating, what is the benefit of using creatine. what will it actually do for me if i use it correctly, i hear mixed things. also andr , that stuf mark mcguire used, is it worthless or will it do anyting??
can you guys help, i count on your opinions

I don't know if you've heard this before, but you have to EAT!!! If your not gaining weight its because you aren't eating enough. No I don't mean to eat more at one sitting, eat less food more often. Consistency is key. Try to eat something about every 2.5-3 hours. Keep your carbs up since it sounds like your metabolism is high. And by all means don't worry about fats, I know some dieters here will frown on that but if your truly after gaining some size, your going to have to put on some fat. EAT, EAT, EAT!!!

Listen to Blkout about the nutrition issue. He made some good points. About the creatine, since you are just starting I would stick with nutrition/training/rest as your equation for growth. After a plateau sets in (don't expect one, it might not!) Try to add some creatine. Basically it helps with the resynthesis of atp at the cellular level, it will provide more short term bursts of energy for your activities like weight training. It is a good supplement, very tried and true. If you want more info on doses and additions to the creatine email me at [email protected]. The stuff Mark Mcgwire used was Androstenedione, don't use that yet. That is higher up on the supplement chart.....good luck with training.
