Hey guys, I got served papers by the wife yesterday and thank God I didn't tell her about my use. But she did find a couple WU papers a few weeks ago that were sent to dubious countrys in south east aisa and south america. I avoided the topic at the time but what should I say they were for if she brings it up in court??? Anyone got any good ideas?

Also I'm in week 2 of a test e cycle and I think I should come off and clean house untill this blows over. Do I need a PCT after 3 pinz. I'm not shut down so I don't think so but I'd like some advice.
 
If your use gets into court, she'll screw you over. AAS is such a hot topic these days for the law, and any info she has could serve you badly.

If you decide to stop, run PCT 2 weeks just to make sure, but yes even 1 pin will begin the shut down process.
 
No ones got any ideas on alternate explanations for wu's??

I wouldn't lie in court but I would like to defuse it with her in private if she ever brings it up again. We havn't lived together for a year, she broke into my house and found them.
 
You bought stuff off ebay or offline the company store was overseas , you did not trust using the internet to pay for the purchase in fear of credit card or identity thieft
WU seemed like the best option
 
I have a better idea. Ebay can be traced - tell them you play an online game like world of warcraft (seriously, im not a nerd) - and you bought items in the game for your account. People spend tons of money on shit like that and its virtual so its not traceable.....

You might want to talk with your lawyer, but you shouldn't have any problem coming up with a story. Its not illegal to lie unless you are under oath, and even if that is the case I would still refuse to admit actively engaging in illegal activity on the court record.

if you're worried about getting tested in case the point is made in court realize this: test E is detectable for 3 months after your last inject

Say you got scammed by an internet woman that you fell in love with. The relationship is obviously over and this actually does happen quite often.

Did she truly break-in or did she still have a key? If she illegally entered your house, then I bet the papers would be inadmissable. Then, if you get deposed, simply take the 5th (your constitutional right against self-incrimination). That would work.
 
i highly doubt youll even end up in court. judges hate it when divorces end up in front of them. this should be settled out of court and most issues with divorces are so cut and dry theres really nothing to argue about. unless she wants to use something against you so you cant see your kids if you have any, which she would be a real bitch to do unless you do deserve it. assets are usual split 50/50 and then who gets custody and visitation. after that theres usually laws that dictate child support and alimony which is rarely given anymore. so unless you want to fight her on every issue which is rediculous cause the judge will always just go by what the law dictates so you both might as well follow the what your state law dictates and move on. nobody gets more of anything based on issues like steroid use so your worrying about nothing. like i said, unless she is trying to deny you visitation rights there no reason for her to use that information.

It's not a criminal case and she's not an agent of the state, so fruit of the poisoned tree is beside the point. If it gets to the scorched-earth, nothing-left-to-lose stage, you've got a (slight) possibility of her spending a night or two in lockup for burglary... not likely, but it might be enough to play the "shall we be civilized about this?" card.

Any evidence that she broke into your house seems to be an advantage. Sending money to Asia is something you shouldn't have to confirm or deny. And either way, it proves nothing other than the fact that you sent money to Asia.

But if she's breaking into your house and serving you papers you ought to get a lawyer. This doesn't seem to be about amicable separation.

Relax bro, you are getting way ahead of yourself. Calm down, run your cycle. There is nothing to worry about. She doesn't sound like a woman that is worth being married to anyhow. I wouldn't involve myself with someone who I thought would screw me like that.

if you don't have kids--or the state you live in is no fault, gear use is not an issue.

if you have kids or spousal support is based on fault, gear use could very well be at issue---and being the father, you start off in the hole anyway

thus, lawyer and tell her/him so they can head off the issue.
