Help me, help me nips...

Here is my currect cycle:
Week 1-8 - T E @ 500mg EW
Week 3-8 - Anavar @ 40mg ED
Week 6-9 - H C G @ 250iu's 2x EW
Week 10 -12 - Clomid @ 50mg ED

I started on Feb. 14 so I'm in week three now. I did my third shot of 500mg TE and first dose of 40mg var yesterday.

I didn't take any anti-e's for the first two weeks but then my nips started feeling funny. On Feb 26th I took 0.5mg Liquidex and my nips still felt funny... so I took another 0.5mg Liquidex on the 27th... later on that day I also took 20mg Nolva. Yesterday I took 1mg Ldex... and I've taken nothing yet today.

My question is should I increase the Liquidex dose until my nips feel normal? Or is it normal to have SLIGHTLY sensitive/hard nips while on?

My plan was to take 0.5mg EOD but everyone always says "wait until you need it". Did I screw myself by not taking it right from the get-go? What should I do? Keep in mind my nips look nomal, no puffyness, swelling etc. I do have a tiny tiny tiny lump from a past cycle that hasn't got noticably bigger.

By the way I'm up 5lbs. so far.

if u know u usually get gyno problems then run it .5mg eod from the start.

i find that running .5mg ed along with nolva 20mg ed for a week straight clears up any problems. then u can go back to the maintenance dose of .5mg eod.

What are you running? I have noticed that things like dbol which cause alot of water retention make your nips flare up a little but goes away when u stop the dbol.

Ok, here's my take on all this.... I don't necessarily agree with the "don't take an A I unless you need it" philosophy... because when you do need it, it's likely too late to put yourself on a light course of a-dex, for example...you'll need something more potent to get rid of the gyno. The problem is, you don't really know when you're gonna need it unless you've had it before...you won't know if you're gyno-prone until it actually happens. For a few years, I ran cycles always assuming that I would never get gyno (though I always ran a low-dose A I all the time). Not too long ago, I decided to run a cycle without an A I and BHAM, I got a lump!

My opinion is this: always err on the side of caution...take the lowest dosage possible of whatever A I....especially when you know you're running aromatizing compounds or if you're running H C G during the cycle.

If you know you have gyno issues, a lump, itchiness, etc...then taking an AI is a no-brainer...beyond that, you may want to consider not taking something that aromatizes... or a strong progestin.

Just my 2 cents.

good advice

Another thing i like to say is don't bother with preventative measures if you are gonna just keep juicing, waste of $ and hard on your body. Get it surgically removed when the time comes.

Thanks. I'll try that.

Same thing happened to me. I ran 500mg test ew for 10 weeks and 20mg nolva eod with no problems. Then everyone said I over killed the nolva. So next cycle I do 400mg test and 400eq with no anti e. Week 6 comes around and I get a lump. I had nolva on hand but it didn't do anything. Next thing you know, I'm rubbing my nip on the way to the mail box everyday looking for my letro. letro zapped it and took my dick along with it.

This time I figured I'd be ok for at least two weeks (since it came in week 6 last time) and I am, but I'll be using 0.5mg liquidex eod for the rest of this and all future cycles.

I seriously couldnt agree with this more. My first 3 cycles had nolvadex 20mg ED / Aromasin 10mg ED. May be a bit overkill but I still made great gains gyno free.

Last cycle decided to do the "only if you need em thing" and WHAM got a lump. Better safe than sorry. My lump is still kinda here too even after nolvadex and letro for over two months. SIGH

I know what you're saying and a good friend of mine has told me the exact same thing. He never runs an AI and will get the surgery when the time comes.

I disagree. How does that saying go? "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". I don't want to ever get surgery.
