damn a2 receptors..

first off this is my first thread..ive been reading elite for almost 8 months and have primed my training knowledge thru these boardz, which i greatly appreciate thru all you vets..much respect...

i have piss-poor circulation around my handles..basically i can sweat my ass off my entire body except for my handlez(circumference area an inch above and below navel)..stays cold the entire time either training or 40min of 3.8mph treadmill cardio...recently i bought a heatbelt and wear heat shorts as well, but the rate of fat loss in that specific region is far slower than overall bodyfat loss which, in turn, sacrificing more lean muscle tissue...with the dieting i jus look soft carrying these estrogenic deposits..its kind of an ego killer when you know your on AS and feel soft and all your boyz are bulking for winter..

of course ive read every thread about yohimburn,nyc,ldex,pgfa2,ox,bromo,t3,clen,gh,slin,ala but sumtimes it seems dedication only yields so much..i have puffy nipz as well, but theyre cold when i take md6,so it doesnt look too bad..basically i can get big quick if i eat to bulk, but damn is that fat accumulation a bitch!! im really jus out to have a clean lean look instead of a soft bulky look

so im askin, with my current cycle should i run Huck's cutting cycle along with AS and purchase NYC & Y-burn or wait after clomid therapy (~mid november)?? i know many have followed Hucks regimen on an empty stomach on a recumbant bike...did it work better while on AS or post cycle....thanks fellaz

Bro you have definitely leaned out man. I can tell! I remember when you were at my current physic...fat. lol I look like shit right now bro. We have similar problems and both have similar frames. Hope you the best success, if you do well with it, I might give it a try.

My suggestion would be to do the following

2 tabs/day NYC *switch this off one week on it one week off*

3 tabs ECA *just get any type of eca,.use on the weeks off nyc*

1/2 pipette/each handle Yohimburn *5 days on/ 2 days off*
Morning cardio on empty stomach--25mins--

300mg r-ala or 1g regular ala/day
Follow a high protein/low carb/low-med fat diet


--do this on cycle, u will see better results
 
naturally anabolic: what type of cardio did you do in the mornings at 25min?? definitely taken to consideration..jus pissed i missed the NYC&Y-burn anniversary special discount =P

hey man, if your not losing weight with that low calories, taking shit, and doing cardio, then just stop everything, your way overrworking your body and its turned against you, but if your already mid cycle, maybe up the calories by 1000-2000,mainly some carbs and fats, as your probably in ketosis also on that low carbs, either that, or your calorie totals arn't that accurate, something just doesn't make sense? Just take 2 steps forward, 1 step back, after your cycle, concentrate on cardio and cutting, my thoughts anyways
 
Site inject them with GH. Expensive, but that's the only way I finally got rid of the last of them.
Not only does GH cause an overall leaning out effect ( latest research - 8 to 12% change in lean body comp), but site injecting GH causes tissue atrophy at the injection site.
