HELP!!! I have a severe GAS problem!

Yeah, my g.f. can't fucking stand it, and it's getting so damn bad that i can barely tolerate it myself. I just finished doing a show and now i am eating like a human again and i plainly FUCKING stink.

What can i take to relieve the pain (bloat in stomach) and the gas as well???

This is a common problem amongst those who consume high protein diets. Some guys like ginger root (I have never tried it though), I usually just stay away from too much milk proteins, and space out your meals real evenly throughout the day to help absorption better. I have also found that slugging down protein shakes too fast (or without food) tends to make it worse...that's about all the help I can give.
 
Farting might mean that your system is having a hard time digesting all that protein. You can use Lactaid (you might be lactose inolerant) and Digestive Enzymes with amalyse. I had that bloating also. And cleaning your system out w/ Fiber can help also.
 
Pipe flushing time....

Go with a clean slate.

Extra Stregth Pepto Bismal (or generic)....down 1/2 the bottle. Kills any nasty bacteria in your pipes. Turns dodo black.

Magnesium Citrate laxative. Down whole bottle next day, stay home or near the can for the day. Flushes everything out.

Problem should be solved.
 
If you can't make dietary changes, then go to Walgreens or any pharmacy and get simethicone (sp?). It is a med that either prevents or somehow absorbs gas.

If you want to clean the pipes then do as Baby G. suggests. The mag citrate is potent stuff and works well.

I really don't know if this fart problem can be fixed. Since i got up 20 minutes ago I have farted at least 12-15 times (no joke, and they were bad ones)!!!!!!!!

Bacteria that could be the cause of your problem is attached to your digestive tract walls. You need to ingest something to kill it then be sure you flush it out.

I had the same problem after a minor case of food poisoning. Pharmacist told me the bacteria that made me sick still stays in your system after you're over it. Not enough to make you sick, but enough to have "ugly" after-effects.

Good advice from both. WIth the Ginger root, take 500-1000mg with your protien everytime you take your protien (shake or food). TRUST me, it works. Plus, you can eat more protien and digest it a lot better. Look up Ginger Root and utler (user name) and read his stuff. It works magic, plus I can digest 80+ grams of protien in a meal if I want.

im def. going to order some of that ginger root from a.f.

I went to rite aid to see if they had any of that today (they do have a slim selection of vit's and herbs) and they didn't have any so it looks like i'll have to order.

Shit, if it doesn't work it's cheap as hell anyways! (11.00)
