help i cant put on weight

i stay full all day long, i cut back my protein a little now its like between 400-500, i eat 3 pb&j sandwiches before i go to bed and i still cant put on weight, nothing. my friends and fam says that i look bigger but i thinkm its because im always bloated. i'm up like 10 pounds at the end of the day than i go to sleep take a crap in the morening, and bam its gone. please help by the way i am 6'5like 250. thanks
 
Fuck man you should be a fat pig if you're eating 500g's protein a day and 3 peanutbutter and jelly sandwich's before bed. I guess you should be thankful for your metabolism.
 
at 6'5, 250 you should be eating more than 5000 cals a day if you wanna grow.

anthing less and forget about it!
 
I'm with satch on this one-- 5K cals a day, and you may want to bump up the carb intake since carbohydrates are protein sparing-- just stick with oatmeals, yams, veggies--

And if you have trouble bumping up the overal kal intake-- just slam down protien shakes along with your meal it's another 300-400 cal depending on what you put in it..
 
i eat as much as i can i dont even log it because it wil make me cry how much i eat i go through like 6 cans of chicken a day bout 5 pbandj's i eat a whole chicken every night from boston market or pollo tropical.......look here comes a whole chicken now(moms are great :-) ) 6 eggs turket beacon and crazy boost protein drinks and if i have any room i make a shake but i almost completely cut them out because i was told they dont stay in your system very long. any ideas please im desperate.
 
do you think weight gainer shakes would be good? i was debateing whether to try them because they seem lke empty calories and i dont want to get too much fat.

dude you have to eat like a bull!!...watch your aources of carbs and fats...good carbs are oats, brown rice, beans, potatoes...and fats, need to be the good ones...like flax oil, NATURAL peanut butter, olive oil..
and forget the fu**in shakes...get REAL FOOD....shakes are just a complement.
now work hard to afford the shit.

I think shakes are very neccessary in this diet bro. But you are right that food is the first thing to turn to, but have YOU tried eating 5,000 kal a day with regular food? now, that's HELL. having shakes are very easy for excess calories and you can really slam it down withiin 2-3 minutes even if yo're not hungry or got no time.

I would increase the carb intake, but keeping the protien 2-3x your body weight. Protien are expensive no doubt, but carbs are not, (oatmeal, yams, potatoes, and so forth). and they're an excellent source for extra kals.
 
why the fuck do you wanna put on weight. If youy bf% is atleast in the low teens you would look great . what is you bf%
Sorry gut i dont see any need for any more weight on that body.

MIKEYG is on the money once again....

its very difficult to consume 5000+ cals from food alone.
thats why the shakes are a must.

i know this crazy dude who eats 4 chicken breasts and 2 whole yams in one meal!:bday:
