I was curious because I am starting my carb-up tonight after my depletion workout as to how many grams of glutamine and how many mg. of chromium I should be taking over the entire 36-hour carb-up? I was thinking maybe 30g of glutamine & 2000 mg. of chromium? Is that too much or too little?
Maybe 5g of glutamine tonight after my depletion workout then 5g later on with a lot of carbs and then 20g throughout the day tomorrow… also I was thinking maybe 400 mg. tonight after the depletion workout and then maybe 400 later on with the glutamine and then 1200 mg. spread throughout the day tomorrow.
HELP!
