Help! Help! The more I read the more confusing things get....

OK....first off I would like to say that this site is great!! all who post and respond help make this a very informative unique site....however after a couple months of reading posts and reading elsewhere on the net I am still feeling pretty lost in making a well informed clear decision about possibly adding some 'help' to my exercise program.......here are the basics - I am 5'10 - 202 lbs - 29 years old.....I lift 3 times a week at a high intensity for about 1 hour and 15 minutes and run 4 mornings a week for about 45 minutes....I have been following this program (while mixing in varying types of runs (intervals, sprints, etc) and mixing things up in the weight room as well) for about 10 months....my initial goal is still my current goal; to lose fat.....unfortunately I am not doing this very well....my diet is very good, as I follow the 'Body For Life' diet plan for the most part.....This may sound odd but I truly think I really screwed up my metabolism from 15- 22 years old as I was a competitive cross country skier....during this time I was training about 400-600 hours a year - mostly cardio...my body fat was 3.5-5-5 percent throughout....I think that my metabolism became accustom to 2+ hours of cardio a day....in the past 7 years I have slowly put on weight which is normal....however from 27-29 I suffered the male curse of gaining a nice midsection!!! Now, I am trying to get my body fat down but and having one hell of time...I took clenbuteral for a 12 week period of 14 days on - 14 days off at about 60-120 mg per day.....I really did not get much results at all as my body fat went down from 19 percent to 18 prevent however there could have been some measuring error on either side... Now, the question that I have been trying to get a grasp on....I am attempting to get my body fat down to about 9 percent or lose about 20 pounds of fat.....I have gathered that winstrol is my best option.....Also, I plan on taking something for at most 2 months....I really don’t want to go any longer than this as my health is most important to me....So…..if anybody out there can answer the following 3 questions while considering what I have written above, I would be very grateful....
1. what would you recommend I take if I am considering a steroid? dosage? form? etc. ( I am not too concerned with gaining size....mostly losing fat)
2. where do you recommend I buy the steroid? a reputable source?
3. are there good products out there to take in addition to the steroids to minimize health risks? I have read some about supplements that are particularly good for the liver and kidneys to take before, during, and after a cycle

Thank You Very Much!

Well if you are concernred the most in loosing fat, then turn to your diet, Thats 90% of your success rate right there.
Eat 6 servings thru-out the day, throw some protein shakes in there.Do not eat after your last meal.
Check out the diet board for good wholesome foods to eat.

Agreed, it's all about diet...calorie deficit. Sounds like you're doing your share of cardio, now just get the diet(a cutting diet), in order, add any supplement in sensible dosages to avoid catabolizing your hard earned muscle, and you'll achieve your goal.

Winny,.. I don't like to run alone. It can have a really fucked up effect on your joints. It may or may not happen to you, but I don't take the chance. I would not run it alone.

My responses are in bold.

1. what would you recommend I take if I am considering a steroid? dosage? form? etc. ( I am not too concerned with gaining size....mostly losing fat)

Since your main concern is fat loss, your diet comes first. Visit the diet board, post your current diet and ask Mr. X or someone to critique it for you. I don't think gear is your answer.

2. where do you recommend I buy the steroid? a reputable source?

Read some of the stickies. Asking about sources here can destroy your reputation.

3. are there good products out there to take in addition to the steroids to minimize health risks? I have read some about supplements that are particularly good for the liver and kidneys to take before, during, and after a cycle

Since dieting is more important, just continue researching.

In short, the diet board is your answer, essentially what Radar said.

thanks for the reply- I think I should have been more specific about my diet- to translate what I wrote in the initial post 'my diet is very good, as I follow the 'Body For Life' diet plan for the most part' this consists of 6 meals a day- high in protein- lower in fat - lowest in carbs- this is a basic 'cutting' diet that most people achieve great results from....not I though.....mathematically I burn more calories throughout the day and with my exercise than I consume as well which obviously puts me in a calorie deficit which is an ingredient for losing fat....other suggestions?

I use to follow the "Body for Life" diet program when i was younger. It is a very good plan for the average person and actually helped myself lose wieght at a point in time. Make sure you keep your cardio as intense as possible (i know it is interval training for BFL). I do not think you should turn towards the steriod route yet because I feel that you have not looked at every possible option and I am not really a fan of using winny alone eventhough I personally know people who have done it and liked the results.

Maybe some eca and clen could help you?
Are you following for the Body For Life workouts also? If so, maybe its time to change?
Do you ever cheat? If you did maybe it will help speed up your metabolism.

This question comes from experience with several of my clients in the past:

Are you on any medication? Anti Depressants?

I did the same BFL are you taking a 12-14hr fast after your last meal and doing cardio the next morning on an empty stomach, that always does a hatchet job on fat.
