Help! Have I been misinformed about GH ?

I gathered info. for a couple of months from Longevity sites and just stumbled on this one. I just started using Serostim GH. I'm 32 years old, 5'9" about 180 lbs.I'm using .o3/kg. I've still got reasonably good muscle tone, but a hefty layer of insulation after being injured this last year. I've heard lots of benifits, but the only sides I've heard are carpal tunnel if dosages are too high. I've also been told that I should take something else with it. I'm interested in all info and personal experiences. Thanks!
