Guys im lifting like a bitch and eating like a bitch healthy foods such as meat for everymeal, chciken,steak tuna and clean carbs rice,yams,oats
taking lots of protien in creatine Its been forever why the hell arent I growing?

Post your diet with amount and be honest. Don't just say

Breakfast:
eggs 'n stuff

Say:
7:00am
6 egg whites
4 whole eggs
6oz of chicken breast
250ml of milk

Until you do this it will be impossible for anyone to tell you where the problems lie.

im 18, im 6'1 about 180LB
10% BF

I eat every 2 hours Usually Wheat Pasta,Yams,Rice, Whole Wheat Bread, Oats
a side of vegtables and meat with every meal

EX
chicken
Rice
Vegtables

from the time I wake up i start eating this every 2hours-2.5 hours.

I use creatine, Whey

And dont tell me that cycling carb BS i have consulted with many huge Body builders in the Pittsburgh area who said at my age THAT is not neccarty.
