I eat every 2 hours Usually Wheat Pasta,Yams,Rice, Whole Wheat Bread, Oats
a side of vegtables and meat with every meal

Rice
Vegtables
from the time I wake up i start eating this every 2hours-2.5 hours.
I use creatine, Whey
And dont tell me that cycling carb BS i have consulted with many huge Body builders in the Pittsburgh area who said at my age THAT is not neccarty.
