Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below ive been injecting in the glute for awhile now. on a new cycle and 3rd week in. My last shot i did in the glute ( which is where i always do it) is killing me this time! i took the shot went to the gym and everything was fine.. later in the day my ass started killing me! and the pain spreaded to the side of my hip and i could barley walk that day! next day a little better but still sore. is this normal ?! never felt this pain before out of all the time i have done this! no lump no bruise or anything just total soreness! dont know what i did wrong this time!?

yea i was gonna say the samething the prop always gets me.... could also be that this time you hit close to that big ass nerve in you asss lol ive done it once my head hit the ceiling. there are so many things that cause it like injecting in the same site to often does it to me make sure your rotating your injection site saves from tissue scaring and alot of pain
I hope you are aspirating your needle and if so you probably passed thru a blood vessel or injected into a vessel. Keep warm compounds on it and massage the area. Keep an eye on it , for infection. You will be fine. If you are shooting Prop divide your dose up and inject in your glute next time.

Deep muscle hematoma, sounds like to me. Unfortunately, IF that's what you got, you can't really do anything but wait it out. I had one that made me walk with a limp for a week, but it gradually went away. But as others said, it could possibly be an abscess, but those are rare based on all I've heard and read, and you would most likely also have a fever and maybe feel sick or tired out too.

There are many different reasons why you could have pain at your injection site. Far to many reasons for anyone on here to tell you bro. Truth of the matter is, you have to rotate your injection sites or else your gonna end up with pain, redness, knots, swelling, and worst of all, muscle overload. If your using slow acting esters, you def. need to worry about it with higher doses. But again, no one is gonna be able to tell you without aphysically seeing the injection site and do some pressure test.
Go to the other side, and shoot towards the iliac crest one day and more towards your anus the next. about a good 4 inchs or so apart. Go to the shoulder one day and give it a break. Without proper diagnosis, sounds like you ahve scar tissue build up.
Hope u know proper injection technique as well.

If it does not appear to be infected then get your butt on a heating pad as much as you can. Also massage deeply. Its gonna hurt but that will help. Good luck.
For your future injections heat that shit up prior to shooting it. Put it in the sink with hot water. Then after you shoot it massage the injection site vigoursly.
