Hi I am new here and I think this is in the right place so here goes. I need a workout for the bottom of my chest (near nipple, only way I can think of to describe it) because the top of chest is coming along well but not so much joy along the bottom. Although this could be because of my weight loss, has anyone got any ideas of ways to improve this? Thanks

Just increase your flat and incline numbers while taking in enough calories to grow and you will see development.

Both ideas are true. In the long run, sticking with your main compound lifts will correct any early imbalances in development. On the other hand, some people will find value in trying to directly stress lower chest through using the decline versions.

The ladies will eventually perk up, it was like that for me. It just comes with some time. They were sagging real bad for me at 225lbs but now I'm 188 and they are lifting nicley. I started at 255lbs in February so it'll come man, just keep going at it.

Contrary to popular belief, you CAN build the area just below the nipple, but it takes an extreme amount of focus. You need to do bench presses, with the bar coming down to your neck, and when you do it, you need a friend to rub ice cubes on your nipples. This stimulates the tissues in the area, causing the nipples to become erect. When this occurs, the musculatur tightens up around there and bears the load of the work. You need to do this for at least five sets of thirty six times a week, and at least one day has to be a Monday. It's universal bench/curl day for a reason - the planets align a certain way once every week that causes the muscles to respond beautifully to tension.

This is just one of the many topics covered in my new book:
