when cutting is it ok to take in like 4oz of carbs after a leg day?
I generally never do this I just count the carbs from Veggies because I train Legs at night.

What do u mean, how many grams is that, or Should I multiply 4 * 16, wich gives your 64 grams of carbs, that seems like a lot for a woman, depending on what you weigh, but after you workout it really doesnt matter what carbs u eat cuz they are needed, POST workout meal is the most important simple sugars and protein. But if you eat no carbs all day then have a good amount at night that isnt bad. :) You are practilly KETO all day then go out at night, so keep it up.

i dont really understand your question, but as long as it fits into your total cals for the day that is the most important part, if so fit it into your total cals and macronutrient ratios and you will be fine. though if u are following a keto based diet as said above i dont konw if u want to be eating carbs, depends on your diet too.
