my friend is wanting to start a routine. not sure on height and weight though ill come back with that when he comes back from new york. he doesnt want to bulk up huge he just wants not to be skin and bones, and to keep his feminine form. he has less than 10%bf. he wants to work on just overall appearence(meaning like a 6-pack and the usual stuff) . so i need some ideas for a routine for him to start on. but we live in a crappy town (spam town USA). so i dont know what we have for weight stuff, so try and keep it what a YMCA might have at a bare minimum
