Help for a computer rookie please...

Hey guys and gals,

Just bought this computer about 2 weeks ago. My problem is with burning cd's.

Anyway I am using morpheus and "easy cd creator". I first download songs to my morpheus. Then I go to easy cd creator and put the songs in what I want to burn. enter cd and start burning. Everything looks great until I try and play the songs on the cd(nothing happens).

I know that they all say mps files, so will they still work or do I have to change them to a cd file or somthing.

Please help this is one of the main reasons why I purchased this comp...other than elite fitness of course.

when you drag your mp3 files in the ez cd creator window, make sure that it converts these mp3 files to WAV format. mp3s are compressed files, mind you, and WAV files are uncompressed audio files. look for a feature/tab in your ez cd creator program that allows you to convert your mp3 files to wav. I am thinking it should do it on the fly.

what burner do you have? which version of ez cd creator do you have? which OS do you have?

I have easy cd creator 5 basic and I have a mashita cd burner(thats what it says in my computer hardware.

I have no idea what os I have(don't even know what os is)
