Help Cramps!!!

I have tried drinking more water, taking potassium and taking taurine, but my abs and my sides keep having cramps and they are unbareable! Does anyone have any other sugestions? I don't know if they are just tight or what. Last night I had to strech for 20 minutes bc I couldnt sit up staright? Any Suggestions?

Eat Bananas! Taking the pills seems to do nothing for me, once i started eating bananas i can't really remember the last one i got.

bananas are a good source for both potassium and magnesium.

btw- how much potassium and taurine were you taking?

reccomend 600-800mg K+ and 3-5 grams of taurine (up to 10g)
 
Usually about 550mg of potassium, and 2 grams of taurine but I haven't take the taurine and potassium together...I just dont want to have to take this stuff everyday. I dont know why my body needs so much of it!

these guys are all right about increasing your potasim intake!...but it is a popular misconception that banana's are high in potasium...potatoes have way more potasium...and a medium size avacado has over 1000mgs of potasium...but you must be getting enough sodium also...all the potasium in the world is not going to help muscle cramps if your sodium intake is to low.
