HELP!! Cramping way to much.

I stopped drinking soda a month ago. Increased water intake, am eating more fruits and vegetables and I cant seem to stop cramping up while in the gym. I'm not sure what I can take to help with it.

Also my shoulder joints are killing me, only joints that hurt, they just inflame to much I think, because the pain is gone within about 20 minutes after working out.
 
I weigh 270. I'm drinking about 5 liters of water a day.
 
when you say cramping do you mean your muscle locks up and tightens up? or do you mean a pump? there is a difference
if its a cramp then not good. you could have some circulation issues.

270 is pretty hefty, how much body fat do you think you have? can u put up a pic?
