Help, bad injection??

I injected 250mg of test ent on monday night into my glute, and my ass is still sore as hell. Normally its a bit sore the next day, this time I had a hard time walking properly. When I injected I noticed it went in a lot faster than normal and a little drop of blood came out into the needle after I finished. Tonight, my glute just got a bit of discoloration for the first time, a 3" x 6" red mark around the injection site.

Is this something to worry about? Or does this happen from time to time? Do I need to go get some antibiotics from the doc?

sounds like you hit too close to a vein and a nerve. it will go away as the test works its way through its half life. give it another few days you will be allright. try to inject it into the upper outer part of the glute. i take it you are doing your test shots 2 times a week. i do mine once a week to cut down on sticks. unless your only doing 250mg of test a week which is too little imop. take care.

I doubt its a nerve, that would hurt a lot. but should be okay, give it some time.

If you had an infection the area aroung the injection site would be all read and swollen looking. It would also be hot to the touch, and if it were real bad you would be running a fever.

Similar things have happened to me. Once I infected my ass with a shot of winstrol. Did you aspirate the needle first? If so, and no blood was present the shot is in the muscle. Hard for bacteria to grow in oil based solution. I'd guess the red is from a punctured vessel on the way in. dont worry unless the red area gets bigger. You’ll know if it’s infected in a day or so. You’ll get a boil and the doc will cut it out and ask why you’re on roids. Good luck
