First off I'm about 250 lbs 5'11 and 26 years old. I started watching what I've been eating for the last 2 weeks and I've been loosing about 2 - 3 pounds a week just eating normally. My intake is around 1500-1800 calories a day which is possibly too low? Bodyfat is around 32-34 % 
The first week I did someting like an atkins diet with high protein low carbs and I lost about 4 pounds.
The last 2 weeks I've been eating about the calories have stayed the same but carbs are no 50% of calories instead of to 10-20% I had the first week.
I hit the gym 3-4 times a week and try to play some type of sport for 3-5 hours a week plus cardio on wednesdays.
I'm not looking to loose alot of weight fast just about 2 -3 pounds per week. My goal is to be 220 by 11/01/2002 so that puts me loosing around 3 pounds a week.
