I am going to South Beach in 2 weeks...this is like a contest to me...I have been following a strict diet...hitting morning cardio...on GH, Fina, Test Enth.... My current diet is protein 300g, carbs 100g, fat 45g....All healthy foods...oatmeal, lean meat, sweets potatos...Very strict......My Question is would you fat load for the 4 days I will be on the beach...to keep muscles full and keep the bloat off? Thanks...
