im 5'11, 139 lbs, and 20 yrs old

I baught a bench and started lifting, within a few weeks my pecs poped out (very defined) and stomach became stronger. My arms also increased in general respects.

Im a skinny guy, I cant gain weight. I tried supplements, beutiful. I get more defined with every new supplement, and seem to get good effects, fairly fast and I get larger muscles. I gain and define very easily (muscles). But I cannot pack on the extra weight. I need another 25 lbs atleast. I eat well 4-5 times a day and take much protein. As I said I am quite defined, and look like my body is sculpted, but the mass I cannot put on.

In other words, Im a twig thats hard as a rock.

I havnt gained much weight in years and possibly someone in my position can help me. I belive I have a natural androgenic (?) cehmical make up. (muscles gains come simply, and fast but weight and mass cannot be put on)

HELLLLLP!!

Eat eat eat eat eat eat eat eat. Then do some eating. And then eat eat eat eat eat eat eat. Preferably lean protein, good fats, and low GI carbs. 140 at 5-11 is like borderline anorexic.

heres what i do:

i do jumping jacks before and after workouts

2 days a week i bench normally and do push ups

1 day i decline bench and pull up

1 day i incline bench and pull up

1 day i curl and do abwork

i take in aprox 7000 calories a day

ive been working out on and off for years and have much knowledge about the subject.

I can only say I dont know why I cant gain mass

i take in aprox 7000 calories a day
:eek2:

and you can't gain weight, damn.

Can someone actually take in that much and not gain?

Does it take more carbs or protein to pack the weight?
