HELP...am i busted?

the other night,me and some of my buddies were out partying and on the way back from some clubs (about 2:30am)we decided to pull into some neighborhood to do a few lines in the car. i pulled over in front of someone's house and did a line off of a cd case, anyways, i had the windows down and my buddy noticed some lady in a drivewayacross the street taking pictures of us doing coke. i left right away, and i'm sure she got my licence plate, it must have been some sort of neighbor hood watch. is there anyway i could be busted for this? p.s. i know the concequences of cocaine use and am really not looking for a lecture, it's a special occasion thing.

You will be okay, if they didn't pick you up with the stuff there is no proof...you know she couldn't get a pic of you with the license plate .....and you snorting all in the same pic....it's impossible....it all would be considered circumstancial evidence ....and it would only count if it was a PI or a cop taking the pic.

Don't sweat the small stuff and next time do it in the privacy of your own home.
