I have trouble keeping weight on an I am 25. I highly suggest getting not only a good protein powder but weight gainer. I like Serious Mass. The scooper is huge, I do one scoop of that and one or two of regular whey protien in your shakes.
The only time I don't have to weight gainer is before my workout because it sits in your stomach like cement. The most important time for us guys with fast metabolisms, is before bed.
These bros are right, just eat like a horse and train like a gorilla. You will become a manimal soon enough.
