Help a good bro out

OK firstly this is not for me as i am currently a single guy.

a close friend of mine whom i train with uses AAS and has been diagnosed as infertile after a semen analysis and has come back at 0.1mil per mil which basically means infertile he has been asking and researching all about this and basically he says the docs dont seem to have great ideas in England he just wants to get his gal preg.
He has been told that if he runs a combination of hCG & clomid for a while he could catch her and i said i would post up on here for him and see what responses i get.
Please remember this is not for myself and i have not researched anything about this just said i would post on here for him as a favour to see if any of you bro`s could help or if anyone has been in a similar situation with a happy ending the guy is only 26 so i feel a bit sad for him.

If he payed a bunch of money, one of those infertility docs could help.A guy I work with did it and he has a baby now.But I don't know about the clomid.Sorry.

Tell him to get off the AAS and recover using the HCG and clomid. If his balls are small then the HCG gets them back up to normal size fairly quickly. He could run 500iu EOD for two or three weeks and they'll be most of their way back to normal size. The clomid will do almost the same time, and also helps jump start his natural T production.

Basically, without having any idea what he's been on, have him wait stop all gear and wait 2wk if he was on Test-E or the like and more like 3wk if he was on Deca. During this "break" he should run the HCG as described above. Finally, after the HCG, run the clomid at 50mg ED for 3wk. He should be in "better shape" by then.

The HCG won't directly produce sperm. He'd need HMG for that, but it's very expensive. The clomid will stimulate FSH which will help with sperm production. But, more than likely he just needs to recover from the gear and his body will take care of the rest.

Its hard to say what the problem is with out more information. Firstly doest he have any other kids, is this a first time accurance?

This could be a completely non related problem. He could naturally be infertal. It happens, some people are born like that. That honestly could be the case. You need a lot of gear to make you impitant for ever.

Depending on what type of gear he is using that could be the problem. High doeses of Deca will completely shut down your own test production intern stopping sperm production. There alot of other types of AAS that will shut you down hard.

If he is not going seek more medical attention from a doctor then the advice above is prob he best. Just stop the use of all Gear and start recovering. It could be a long term recovery process. I would recover normally as if i was coming off gear....get tested.....if its NEG....i would run the recovery again.

OK i do know what he`s been using

Deca 400mg week 1-4
Test Enan 500 week 1-4

Tren 225mg week 5-8
Winny 150mg week 5-8
Test prop 600 week 5-8

Then PCT hCG 1500iu Mon Wed Fri for three weeks with 20mg Nolva & 50mg Clomidper day
Then 3 weeks Nolva 20mg Clomid 50mg per day

He has done this for aprox 3 yrs aprox 9 cycles

Im no Guru on this but would gladly pass on any info
he has no children
he has only come across this problem as they have been trying for a baby for a while.

IMO he doesn't need that much HCG.
IMO, he can get by on nolva OR clomid, no need for both. Clomid makes me moody/sad but works better for me. Nolva doesn't have those sides, for me, but also doesn't seem to work as quickly.

When a man becomes a Dad, he really must change because he becomes a role model and the greatest influence in his child's life.

Has he considered stopping all his aas, letting his system normalize, and then creating the baby with his wife? Sure would make life simplier.
