Nailed a 500x2 deadlift last night. Was pretty easy except for getting the second one caught on my quads and having to hitch a little to get free. Never done a double this heavy before.

Oh yeah and I did it with a belt, chalk, and hate. Not to mention I haven't really even entered into my heavy phase yet I am very excited to see where this goes.

Way to go Man!!!!

It must be that time of year, I had a Good Evening with the Good Mornings the other night, only second week of working towards deadlift training and tripled 455 in a loose pair of breifs.... dragging sled has really kept me in check!!!!!

Let me tell ya, my back is jacked but my crack ain't whack!!!!!
 
Gratz bro. Solid PR. I'm coming after you on the deadlift so keep hammering away.
 
Thanks for all the support. I'm hoping to get up to around 700lbs by mid summer. I think I can probably wrangle 600 or a bit more now, but won't max for a few more weeks.

blut- if you're using straps it isn't a deadlift.
