Hey, well I think my working out as well as a bit of cardio is paying off. My pants and dresses ain't so dam tight anymore.
They only thing I hate about working out is the sore muscles afterwards but I know that that will always be there if your training hard!
Anyway

If you are new to working out, or just getting back to it..... there will be some soreness to deal with.

The good news is that it will pass. I rarely get "sore" from working out anymore.

Congradulations... and keep it up :)

Good to hear you can get into your pants now. I am sure most of the males on the board will also be trying to get into them now hehe!:p

That was very clever.

LOL

Hey, well I gained 75 ponds when I was pregnant and I told myself that after I had Tyler I would go to the gym but I had a really hard labour wich kept me from going to the gym for atleast 4 months. I have though been going for the past 3 months or so and I fell better about myself, I'm back to around 160 wich is my normal weight at 5"6 wich was really nice, I just want more definition now and gain the muscle instead of FAT!!!:)

I have a pic on the first or second post, you can see it there.

Excellent. You keep going. Far too many mums simply give up all excercise once they have a child and then moan about the state they are in 10 years down the line. I guess (without being sexist) it all boils down to our animal instincts ie. we look good when we are young in order to procreate, then once we have achieved this we let ourselves go (both men and women) - in most cases. Personally though I want to look good for as long as I can. It must be hard to train with a new baby and all of the demands they put on you but if you can plan well and work around things then good for you. I admire people like yourself and people like Bikinimom as I can imagine how hard it is, having a 2 year old son myself. Just stay focussed and don't let anything put you off achieving your goals.

Hey

strengthmonster: Thanks! It is hard to train because my babysitter ( MOM ovcoarse lol) is in the east and I'm in the west. We get up at 5am get the baby ready as well as ourselfes for work, go drop the baby, than got to work, after work go to the gym, than go get the baby,do some shopping, by the time we get home it's like 7 or sometimes even later than that and cook dinner clean up makes the baby's bottles for the next day, take a shower and try to be in bed by 9, then do it all over again. It's really hard but I'm doing it the best I can without getting to worn out., althoguh I feel that way. It's harder for me now because I didn't work out before oe while I was pregnant. I really want my figure back, weither i half to work twice as hard. I want to be a knockout in my wedding dress. So to look good for November this year I really half to push myself. I'm also taking metabolean to help... lol
Anyway thanks for listenning or should I say read and reply!!!
