Hello thought i'd welcome myself

I'm Robert or Rob whichever you want to call me.

I'm a powerlifter who loves strength training. Enjoy watching strongman and strong women for that matter.

I always lift semi-raw - no belt (well sometimes), and only knee wraps due to bad right knee injury awhile back.

I have competed in powerlifting and olympic lifting but not at a high level just local contests within Scotland.
