I've been reading a lot, and asking a ton of questions, and after all that, I think I am ready to design a cycle and begin rounding it up. I won't start it for another 4wks or so. But this is my 30th bday present to myself in two wks.
I believe in a solid diet and hardcore training split to be the foundation, so I know someone will ask about diet. I am bulking at the moment, trying to put on some mass before I cut for my first show.
4,000-4,200cal/day
40%protein, 30%non-sugar carbs, 30%healthy fat
(I do the entire week's cooking on Sunday night for the upcoming week to stay on point.)
I run a push/pull/legs/push/pull split with heavy focus on heavy compounds.
Cycle:
(1-6) Hella- 75/75/75/75/100/100
(1-6) Rs-Trans- 5pumps am
(1-6) Cycle Assist
(1-6) HcGenerate
(3-10) Forma- 5 pumps am + 5 pm
Pct:
Clomid- 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
Unleashed/Post cycle combo
What else do I need? The only other supplements I use are protein and BCAA's. Thanks guys...and ladies.
