Heights and weights

What are some of the height and weights of the EF dudes in here ? I am trying to gauge mine with others. I am 5'8", at 210lbs. not ripped but, looking good. i have always wanted to be around 235 lbs but now, I am rethinking it as I am 41 yrs old.

6'1" at 241 and 14%bf and 49 years old as of this morning with electronic hand held bf tester. I want to be bigger and leaner. Not gonna give in to the damn age.

not sure which direction to go--either get bigger or try and compete in some late fall bike races....which means lean way the hell out <210....

...which means i will even lose more b/c of the extreme cardio.....so build-up then use for energy, get smaller

Scotsman is far more accomplished in the power sports than I. That's were my heart is, but you can only play the hand your dealt (small joints, and thin long bones), and max out your genetics.
