sorry everyone if I'm making too many threads..

ok here is another, question aren't you suppose to calculate your weight times 10 or 12 to get your maintenance calories?

If this is true, my maintenance calories should be about 2556.. but isn't this low for someone at 213lbs ? I'm trying to cut( said this for like the 100th time now..lol )


and this is what my diet would look like

carbs 150g( 600 cals ) , protein 300 (1200cals ) , fat 115g ( 1035 cals )
total calories – 2835.

some might even say that's low. so am I going wrong here? should I subtract 500 from my maintenance ?

Thanks.. Sorry if I'm making a bunch of repetitive threads.. it's just that I've failed like 100 times trying to get the body I want, so I'm trying to plan out every step I can think of..

hmmm no...i calculated for my brother who weighs 175 lbs, is sedentary and he should be eating about 3000 calories to maintain. Recount it man.
 
I believe there was a thread discussing it. Look for it i don't remember what it was called but it was the last week to 2 weeks.
