No I read some other articles on this story and being I am former law enforcement I can tell you these cops are gonna get railed. They will get hit for destroying evidence as well as excessive force. A person has every right to ask for a warrant and those cops were only there for a noise complaint which does not warrant kicking in a door and slamming people on the floor. Noise complaints are not an arrestable offense, at most they can issue a citation just as if you were playing loud music from your car. So why did they feel the need to enter the premises with that much force and arrest 6 people? I want to know what the police's report states as the reason for the arrests. They seriously need to justify why they even entered the apartment in the first place.
