I always keep complaining about how I can't bulk. So this August I decided to stop all cardio and lift like a crazy person and eat as one to. I have gained about 11 pounds but I see also that there is some significant fat.. so probably not more than about 6lbs of muscle...aaaand I hate that. I would not take my shirt off anywhere as I have no definition anymore. Should I just start on a diet already and lift heavy and do a lot of cardio or should I just put up with it and try to achieve my goal of gaining 20 pounds? I want to add at least 10 lbs more of muscle,, but I dont want to be skinnyfat :S. I have been allowing myself to eat everything, but mainly my diet is clean. Should I just keep my diet superclean and lift heavy? It seems I go in circles,, want to bulk up and then add a little fat,, become paranoid and lose all the fat and muscle.. so im stuck in the same place...
