....does anyone do it, im talking about uphill sprints and distance running 3 times a week pretty hardcore, and if so do you feel any different, like is it harder or easier or even a healthy thing to do???? Just wondering because im about to start a 12 week test eq cycle with fina at the end for 5 weeks and I was wanting to do some serious cardio all the way through it.
