That's an olympic bar: 715lbs = 325kg of a rack - pulling from just above the kneecap.
It was 4 x 25kg plates + 20kg plate + 2 x 15kg and the big clips (2.5kg)
Did a set with every plate like this:

My palms were bloody with ALL of my caluses torn open, and my wrists were also raw and bleeding from the straps. My traps hurt for about a week and my hips needed poping back in place by my oesteopath. My forearms, biceps and delts were sore as hell, and even my pecs and ribcage hurt. My lower back and abs felt numb for a few days as did my claves. My groin was extremly tight and I got deep tissue massage on my quads and hams.
I rested up for a week solid, then did a dead from the floor with 550lbs (250kg) like it was butter - I felt like friggin Andy Bolton!
