heartburn-help

Hey guys I was thinking someone can help, I dont know if is my diet or what but I been having heartburn all the time and I dont know what it is, I like to do 3 months bulking and them 3 moths cutting ,this what my diet looks like now;

6:00am
4 egg whites
2 slice wheat breat w/some natural pb
1 cup of milk/fiber cereal

9:00
1 can tuna w/some light mayo
2 slice wheat breat
1/2 cottage cheese w/ 1/2 yogourt
1 apple

12:00
1 cup brown rice
2 chiken breast or steak

3:00
1 cup salad w/1 can of tuna
1 granola bar

6:00
1 cup brown rice
2 chiken breast or steak

8:00
2 slice wheat breat w/some natural pb

10:00
3 egg whites boil
1 egg w/some salt

And I drink about 15 liters of water thruout the day.

Some one has any suggestions please?
 
Interesting, judging by your diet I would never think you would have heartburn. Usually high fat meals will trigger it. Meals that are low in fat and high in protein tend to counteract heartburn. Make sure and don't lay down after meals, don't drink to much fluid with meals; it will cause distention. Sometimes tight fitting clothing will cause it. Other than that I don't know man. Good luck.

I dont know sometimes I think is to much water???
 
do you get it more when you lay down? bend over? does it relieve itself a little when you stand up

if you get it all the time id get it checked out. they (docs) can see if its just your stomach sphincter or something, and sort it out. but its better to sort it out than leave it.....given it is treatable and leaving it can cause a damage over timeif it is a hiatus hernia
