Heart Conditioning while on AAS

I have just started a bulking cycle consisting of karachi sus and pink thais.

the cycle is dbol at 35mg for 5 weeks and 500mg of sustanon a week split into 2 shots a week for 10 weeks. i have nolvadex on hand, and will follow up with a proper clomid therapy.

question is, with weight gain/muslce gain the blood pressure will go up and other than eating a clean diet, and limiting fast foods, sometimes i eat junk food as eating 5000 calories cleanly is hard for me, how much cardio in terms of minutes and frequency per week should be done to keep the heart healthy. i was thinking of stair master at 25 minutes three times a week, is this too much or too little.

too little, I think 5 x a week is good for heart health. Plus take flax seed and fish oil. That is just my opinion. I am sure I will get flamed since cardio is a four letter word on this board. The fact is, People don't do enough
 
I already posted this on the CJM board... thought I'd post it here too.

One side effect that many AAS users never consider is how steroids impact one's lipid profile. High cholesterol is, undoubtedly, one of the most serious and deadly causes of cardiovascular disease. Some steroids are much worse than others in this respect... Winstrol is probably the worst. Regardless of what AAS your using, it should be of paramount importance to do all we can to keep our HDL/LDL cholesterol in a favorable ratio. You want HDL cholesterol high... and LDL low.


Get a hold of a some high quality EFA oil, not capsules either... I'm talking about the stuff that you can take by the tablespoon Bro. You can find such a thing in the refrigerator at your favorite heath food store. Personally, I reccommend Hempseed Oil or an EFA(Omega)blend. Take two tablespoons with breakfast... that'll give you 28 grams of EFAs everyday. I can't say enough about how good using high doses of Omega oil is for your health... a post-cycle medical will prove it.
