Check your BP. You may be having high blood pressure. Check this before you work out, and if possible during your workout. Certain exercises can raise you BP - this could only be dangerous if you have existing hypertension.

hey my bro has this same problem, he has been complaining about it everytime we lift for like the past few weeks. he is currently running a cycle so i figure it is just high blood pressure.
bigp3 made a good point though, it may be your breathing.
