Long time lurker, first time posting. I wanted some advice on a PH run, particularly the PCT.
41 years old, 5'8" around 185-187 usually. Around 13-15% BF I would guess. I'll get a caliper test done in a few weeks. The cycle is as follows;
Weeks 1-8
N2guard
AndroHard
Hdrol 0/0/75/100/100/100/100/125
PCT
Unleashed/Post cycle
DAA
Wildcards: Hcgen and forma
I plan on running them, but am undecided whether to run them on cycle or as PCT or one for each and which one.
My programming is 5/3/1 on the three day a week template with BJJ/submission grappling 3 days a week. I'll eat a tad above maintenance, with the goal of a few pounds, but mostly looking for strength gains. I'd like to fully fit into my new weight class and be strong enough for it without over shooting it.
