whahey my question has been arnswered finally thanks needto you should put this post up in your holistic pct thread mate as a side note, to allow new site users and aas users additional info on the product and to back-up your pct explanation.
Which is excellent and very informative btw but doesnt really cover why the two in combination are best, common senese and assuption would lead to this arnswer, but its nice to have it in writing from the man himself.
