take whatever you need to get em working. ill run 500iu e4-5d starting 2 weeks into the cycle. then if need be, at the end of the cycle wait about a week after last inj. and run 500iu ed for 10 days. this is how i do it and it works 10% for me.

well this the first time i ever been on a cycle....an d have never messed with hcg before...I know that Im not suffering any shrinkage yet....guess ill fine out in time...

i do 500iu e3d fromn 2nd week cycle until 3 days before start pct...if i have enough i will do 500iu everyday the last 5 days before pct to extra kick..but that way i have recovered last 4 cycles no problems
