HCG questions, conflicting info.

I have recieved some info that states that HCG should be used in the middle of a cycle, not at the end. I have seen info that reverses that statement and says to use at the end of a cycle. It can't be both ways can it? Just thought I'd put it up and see what comes back, any suggestions would be appreciated. I need some help here as I want to use it correctly.
