Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below you're not going to really need it for LH, that will generally return to normal levels on it's own pretty quickly after you quit a REASONABLE cycle. It's the atrophy that's a bitch, and your testes kinda need a wakeup call to respond to the LH that is being produced by, I think, the pituitary gland. Anyway, Spellwin posted a nice article describing dosing etc and timing with different esters etc a few weeks ago that was pretty interesting, might want to look at.
